DJ Timeless (Armando R. Buelna) began his music career at an early age as a guitarist and trumpetist for school bands in San Diego, California. He later joined the Hip Hop and R&B groups Day One and Kareya as a songwriter and composer. During this time he toured the west coast performing at numerous venues including The House of Blues, BB Kings, The Coors Amphitheater, UCLA, Cal State Northridge, UCSD, SDSU and On Broadway.

His career as a DJ began in the San Diego college circuit. From there he moved on to playing at clubs and events throughout Southern California. Some of these venues include On Broadway, Onyx/Thin, a residency at Jack’s La Jolla, Prospect, U31, The Office, Beauty Bar, Sin Nightclub, Martini Ranch, Bar Dynamite, Bar West, Red Circle, The Local, Blue Agave, The World Beat Center, 1st Street, The U.S. Grant, Viejas Dreamcatcher, Red C Lounge, 923, and Bing Crosby’s.

Recently he has used the program Ableton Live to bridge the gap between DJ and live musical sets. Performances incorporate live instrumentation infused with Hip Hop, Funk, Disco, R&B and dance music. Timeless also collaborates in production with the groups Funk Fader, Hear Say, 9180, Turbo Teen, The Space Kids and 4/4 Beats in addition to writing original compositions.
